My name is Susan. I’m a professional event coordinator and bartender, so I work throughout Orange County and Santa Barbara. I’m financially responsible, have steady work, and always make rent and bills a priority. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. At home I’m pretty low-key—I enjoy hiking, camping, the beach, gardening, and reading. I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I rarely drink, but it doesn’t bother me if roommates drink, smoke, or have friends over as long as everyone is respectful and the home stays comfortable.
