Hi there! I am a professional, clean, and reliable bartender seeking a private room in the Wilton Manors or greater Fort Lauderdale area. I am currently relocating from the Keys and need to find a comfortable, drama-free place to land within the next two weeks.
To be completely transparent about my financial situation and timeline: I am making a fast transition and do not currently have the standard first, last, and security deposit for a traditional long-term lease. However, I do have $1,000 cash in hand right now. I am looking for a weekly rental, a flexible month-to-month sublet, or an arrangement where I can pay my first few weeks upfront while I get established. I am highly motivated and will be hitting the pavement to secure bartending shifts from day one. I have a strong work ethic and a proven track record in the hospitality industry, so maintaining a steady income will not be an issue once I am situated.
As a roommate, I am exceptionally easy to live with. Because I work in the bar industry, my schedule often involves late nights and weekends. When I come home after a shift, I am incredibly quiet and respectful of the fact that others might be sleeping. You will never have to worry about me bringing the party home; my living space is my sanctuary, a place to decompress, sleep, and shower.
