The upstairs and basement function as separate living spaces. We share the front entry, and I only access the basement occasionally for the shared laundry. My partner, newborn daughter, two small dogs, and cat all stay upstairs and do not occupy your living space.
The home is right off I-94, making it an easy commute to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, Uptown, Maple Grove, and surrounding areas. Close to Metro Transit, parks, walking and biking trails, and the free Weber Park community pool.
Enjoy a fully fenced backyard, covered front porch, and plenty of free street parking. A garage space may also be available for an additional monthly fee.
I'm a special education teacher and take pride in maintaining a clean, respectful, and peaceful home. I'm looking for a roommate who communicates well, pays rent on time, and values a quiet living environment. While the lease is month-to-month for flexibility, past roommates have typically stayed much longer because the arrangement has worked out well for everyone.
