BASICS: 12x10 ft room, unfurnished, with closet. $600/month + utilities (internet + electric). Water and heat are free. $600 security deposit. Seeking a long term roommate. Lease would be through Aug/Sept 2026 - Nov 2027 AMENITIES: Shared bathroom (with a bidet! If that tickles your tushy lmao). A/C. Dishwasher. Air fryer. Smart TV. All the usual appliances etc.. BUILDING: Shared parking and laundry. 2.5 flights of stairs, no elevator. No pets allowed on property. Looking for someone clean and organized, with reliable transportation. I'm usually awake between 5am–11pm. A BIT A BOUT ME: I like keeping the place clean and cozy, and I'm easygoing. I enjoy gaming, anime, art, music, dancing, and festivals, plus I love the outdoors and beach days. GOOD TO KNOW: This is a spiritual/Hindu household with a small home temple in the living room, my mornings include Sanskrit chanting and incense, usually around 6am.
