I’m interested in any home/apartment or private section of a home available in Hickman County, TN and heading towards the Franklin, TN area. Only need one bedroom and a bathroom- a full kitchen would be cool. I do have a bit of social anxiety so a roommates an iffy option but I’m open to it under the right circumstance! My budget on rent is around $1,100 with some wiggle room, but for anything higher than this I would prefer atleast a singular utility included in the price.I can 100% pass a background check, not completely sure about credit- I’ve never had one! I work full time, lots of overtime, and I definitely won’t be a noise issue anywhere. 0 pets. I would love one, one day but absolutely no problem if that’s not aloud or a monthly fee’s required. I’ve loved the thought of having a space to myself since literal childhood so anywhere i end up’s going to be maintained to the max. I’m a very clean person and I’d adore a slight fixer-upper to keep me busy!
