Hi, my name is Joanne. I am a 71-year old professional. I am looking for a renter. The apartment is in Rolesville. The monthly rent is $1400 and it is available on August 1st. I will need one month's rent and a month's security. Dogs are allowed. You have your own private entrance. The apartment is fully-furnished. Very clean apartment. The basement is a very well-lit room. Plenty of sunshine. The room has a very large living room/dining area. The bathroom is small, but the shower can fit 15 people. Not kidding. Bedroom is large, and has a tremendous walk-in closet. There is no kitchen, but you can use my kitchen at any time. I also cook a lot, so that is one of the perks. You can use my washer/dryer upstairs. You can also use my back deck. Utilities are included. So is a parking spot. The app wouldn't say that the utilities and parking are included. I will need one months security.
