I recently rented out and furnished a beautiful 100 year old 4 bedroom house in South Sacramento in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood. I am 34 years old, I work as a consulting biologist, I am a musician, and also have a lot of hobbies! I also am traveling for work most of the time, so hardly ever home during summer. I'm really looking for someone who is interested in cultivating a homey and creative space. I am a drummer, and have turned one of the rooms into a jam room, and sound treated it. I will want to be respectful of sound, and establish hours etc, but the ideal person would be into this, and/or be a musician as well. There are actually 2 very sunny bedrooms upstairs and I'm not using either of them, besides storage. You could use the other bedroom as a hangout space or whatever you'd like. The upstairs has a half bathroom, so downstairs shower will be shared. I'm flexible on time commitment, but the place is leased for another 8 months, after that will have to decide whether to continue lease/ continue month to month. Also flexible on move in date.
