Room/bath for rent right next to Antelope Park My partner and I are looking for one person or a couple to fill a room About the house: 3 bed, 2 bath (you would have your own bedroom and bathroom). House has kitchen, dining area, living area, and a big backyard (with a firepit!) We are planning on furnishing the common spaces, but your bedroom would be unfurnished (and if you already have furniture you like for common areas, we're open to that too). Room would be $565/month (for one person) or $850/month (for two people), plus an even split on utilities About us: We're moving from the Southwest. I am an incoming graduate student at UNL. I enjoy swing dancing, crafts, board games, baking, and being outside. My partner is outdoorsy, likes to cook, and is excited to plant a garden in our backyard. Our dog (Pete) is a goofy four year old heeler mix. He loves people and cardboard About you: It's important to us to find someone(s) who is a good fit. We're looking either for a graduate student or professional. We hope to use the house and yard to host get-togethers (like craft or game nights), and you would be more than welcome to join.
