Hi, my name is Yiwei. I am an Asian female and am looking for one roommate, preferably female. Location & Transit: Clinton Hill – Emerson Pl. 6 min walk to Pratt; 10 min walk to G train. Building Features: Central AC. In-building laundry. Small gym.Bike storage room. Live-in Super. Lease: 1-year lease required (subleasing allowed mid-way). From Aug 1st - Jul 31st, 2027. Requirements: Apartment requires qualified tenants (proof of income/paystubs or guarantor). Room: Unfurnished. Monthly rent: $1420. We split utility fees. There is a one-time application fee of 80 but only needed if you decide to rent. Requirements for roommate: Tidy and willing to keep public areas clean. Strictly no smoking, no 420. Single occupancy only. I prefer a space with no overnight guests to maintain privacy and a consistent routine for both of us.
