I'm moving out on August 26th, but our current lease doesn't officially end until September 24th. so I'm looking for someone to fill the room for this one-month period first. If you love the place and want to stay longer, there is a great opportunity to negotiate a new lease or extension directly with the real estate agent starting from Sept 24th!
