Anyone reliable (with steady income) looking for a room to rent? $850/month. Utilities included. My wife & I are looking for someone to rent out our spare bedrooms.
Modest home with separate hallway to the bedroom for rent. Private full bathroom. Owner lives on the premises. Shared kitchen with modern appliances. Washer & Dryer. Includes Wi-Fi. Close to Interstate 25, US Highway 24, Garden of the Gods, 7-Falls, Fort Carson, Downtown springs & more. The space can fit a Full bed, queen size if needed, desk, TV, closet space. Currently furnished, but if you have furniture we’ll clear the room. Owners bedroom and private areas are completely separate from you. We won’t cross paths too often. probably won’t even hear us much in the morning or at night. Home is two levels with parking access.
Has to be ok with two small dogs. No other dogs or cats allowed. ID & background check will be performed if interview goes well.
