Hi everyone, I’m a 42-year-old professional currently working at Kaiser Permanente Manteca Medical Center. I’m neat, clean, responsible, and respectful — I keep my space spotless, pay rent on time, and am very low-drama and quiet. I’m looking for a private room (preferably furnished) in a clean, stable household in the Manteca area or nearby. I’m a nonsmoker, no pets, and I work steady hours so I’m rarely home during the day.
