Monthly rent includes - all utilities, cable/internet, garbage, and select streaming subscriptions. There are four off-street parking spots available. There are three bedrooms currently available. One available immediately, two more available August 1st. There is a young working professional that you would share the common areas of the house with. there is no application fee, however renters must pass a background check prior to moving in. Criminal, eviction and credit - $55. The monthly payment includes all of the above amenities. This space only allows four parking spots, so only one person per room.
