Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Lex for the 2026–2027 school year! It’s a 2x2 Deluxe with a private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment includes garage parking and has great amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, study spaces, clubhouse, and shuttle to UK campus. The apartment is female-only. If you have a friend looking for housing too, my roommate is also looking for someone to take her lease so you could live together. If not, The Lex will match you with another female roommate.
