Looking for sublet for August

Hello! We are looking to sublet a room in our friendly and sunny four-bedroom apartment right across from Lincoln Park, near Union Square. One room will be available starting 08/01 until 09/01 The apartment is a 4BR/1BA with a front balcony overlooking the park and a back sunroom that stays warm even in the winter. We are located on the top floor of a three-story house, so we get lots of sunlight. The apartment also has a spacious living room. There is extra storage in the basement, including space for bikes, and a coin-operated washer and dryer. We prefer not to have cats or dogs living in the apartment, but we are open to discussing other pets. The apartment is conveniently located—just 7 minutes from both Inman and Union Square (including the T stop). The rent for each is $925, plus about $50-70 per month in utilities on average. The roommates: We foster a sense of home and community while also respecting each other’s independence and doing our own thing. Yannick is 33 and is a postdoc at MIT working in biophysics. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and other sports, hanging out with friends, and spending time outdoors. Kristen is 31 and works at an environmental disclosure company in climate policy. She enjoys biking around the city, gardening, spending time outdoors, and cooking with friends. Meg is 33 and works in a nonprofit company. She enjoys biking and baking goods, spending time outdoors.
