The room is in Portland near Portsmouth street. It is 9x14 with 2 windows. Nice and bright. It will be unfurnished. The monthly rent is $705 and WiFi is only $18 a month room is available on August 12th. There is an application fee of $45. The move in fee is prorated monthly rent plus 1 months rent.
