AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 2026(tentative): Open to 1 female tenant looking to rent a room in a home with 1 other female tenant. Full access to the entire home, not including the other tenants space. Non-Smoking. CLEANLINESS REQUIRED. MINIMUM GUEST. No pets. Internet will be included with rent. Lawn care will be split between tenants. Pest control is split btwn tenants. Living/dining/Kitchen/laundry is furnished but you will have to furnish your own living space. Cleanliness is a requirement, if you don’t keep a clean space, this is not the home for you, respectfully. Also, minimum guest allowed, if you know you have a lot of guest, this is not the space or neighborhood for you. Quiet neighborhood. $ security deposit required. 6m0nth minimum lease.
