The home has a calm, elevated feel—great for someone who enjoys healthy living, working out, relaxing, and keeping their space clean. I am a single mom with three kids, and they are with me on the weekends. I also have a sweet small Frenchie mix, so the home is family-friendly and pet-friendly, but still calm and well kept. You would have access to shared living areas, kitchen, laundry, outdoor spaces, and all wellness amenities. The vibe is friendly, mature, and respectful—not a party house. Ideal roommate is responsible, financially stable, tidy, considerate, and comfortable living in a home with kids and a small dog. No smoking, drama, or frequent overnight guests. Available soon.
