SEMI-FURNISHED room is on second floor along with 2 full baths (shared) and 2 other bedrooms YOU are a mature adult. Maybe you sold your home or you are downsizing or are moving to be close to your job / kids / beach? LBI Beach is 10 miles away and summer traffic to LBI is a headache but plenty of other places to visit. YOU must have steady income: pension, social security, job, or other reliable income sources and provide support of such.
YOU must be comfortable living with others. PETS
NO PETS. We have enough cats (3) thank you very much! They remain on the first floor. Indoor. US:
We are mature, 50+yrs, quiet, responsible, only moderately talkative, and prefer a similar person. Nonsmokers. Not political. RENT
Rent includes all basic utilities plus some general supplies such as unscented dish & unscented laundry soap, tin foil, cleaning items (vinegar is primarily used), toilet paper. HOUSEKEEPING
We are not guests thus everyone cleans, takes out trash, empties dishwasher, fixes what is broke and/or tells me ASAP, etc. No fragrances indoors, and No additional pets. Headphones used, when necessary so that any TV/Music sounds remain in the bedroom keeping the home quiet. HOME
Large, newly renovated. 4 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 3 full baths, 2 washers / 2 dryers, lots of ceiling fans, 3 refrigerators, fully stocked kitchen with lots of shelf storage for your items, and there is some modest available space in the basement.
