Bright and well-maintained room for rent, in a quiet apartment building on the border of Vienna's 16th and 17th districts. Located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment consists of: · Two bright and well-maintained rooms that face a green inner courtyard, making the apartment very quiet. The room for rent also includes a desk, not visible in the picture.
· Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
· Storage room.
· A bathroom with a spacious shower, and a separate toilet. In addition, the building also offers multiple communal services, including a bicycle storage room, a hobby room, a stroller room, a washing room with dryer, and a private basement storage unit. The room for rent is approximately 17 m2, and features French windows. The entire flat has an area of 56m2, includes all essential furniture, and faces westward. This is a 2-person WG. The other room is occupied by a Composition student at MDW. We are looking for a considerate and easy-going flatmate. Pets are not allowed. The main public transport options are Tram 2, at approximately two minutes by foot (Wilhelminenstraße), Trams 33 & 44 at an approximately minutes walk (Familienplatz), and U3 Ottakring, at approximately 7 minutes of walking. Shops and amenities include Spar, Billa, Lidl, and bakeries, all within three or less minutes of walking. Rent (including operating costs): €525/month. Standard 3-month deposit (€1,575) for long term stays, with no furniture transfer fee. Heating costs are not included but are relatively low, averaging around €20–25 per month.
