Hello! We're Toni and Lidia a friendly and respectful couple from Mexico City looking for a like-minded roommate to join our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse on Bleecker Street. Our home is just a 3-5 minute walk from Sherbourne Station, with easy access to grocery stores, buses, streetcars, restaurants, and more. A bit about us: We're both passionate about film, music, and photography, and we enjoy activities like watching movies, playing music, singing and editing videos. We have a lovely old schnauzer dog. Our home is a great space for creative individuals who value their independence. The available unfurnished bedroom is on the second floor, and you'll have plenty of space to do your own thing without disturbing others (though keep in mind that the house isn't completely soundproof). The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are shared, and we'll have designated spaces in the larder and fridge for each person's groceries and belongings. We're looking for a considerate and clean roommate who will respect our space and enjoy living in this good area. We ask everyone to keep the shared spaces tidy, organized and clean. Personal items are yours to keep, and while we'll have some shared dishes and utensils, it's best if everyone has their own.
