House of 3 guys looking for a 4th to fill a room that our friend is moving out of in August. Move in date will probably be August 1st. The three of us are all in our thirties, all have long term careers and stable income. We’re chill and like to have a good time, but no parties or pets. We’re looking for someone similar who has a stable career and likes to keep a steady routine. The bathroom will be shared with another guy but he’s an organized/clean guy so shouldn’t be an issue.
