Hiiii. I’m moving soon to work full-time at the Oxnard Amazon warehouse and am looking for a rental within 30 minutes of it (ideally in Port Hueneme). I have a clean record with no evictions. My budget is up to $1,000/mo for a private studio/guesthouse, or around $700/mo for a private room in a house. I am part of the LGBT community and look for an inclusive, friendly space. Along with Amazon, I do Instacart/Uber Eats and plan to get a second part-time job once settled. I’m responsible, quiet, and keep to myself. Let me know if you have a spot.
