Upto 4 roomies will share a full bath w/ double sinks & a half bath. Each room has 1 dedicated parking spot in driveway. $400 DEPOSIT. Internet & all other utilities are included (EXCEPT electric which is divided by all roomies). Access to: living room with a big screen TV, laundry (washer/dryer on- [no extra cost]) & kitchen. A refrigerator will be provided (to be shared with one other roomie, a personal mini fridge in the room is also acceptable). House temperature is kept comfortable year round, especially during the summer! Pets are negotiable. Cannabis friendly (in your room or outside only), cigarette smoking OUTSIDE ONLY. Very close to Winco & Vons, Victoria Gardens is about 3 miles away (about a 10-minute drive). Walmart, Costco, Ralphs, In & Out are all within 15 minutes away! Extremely convenient location for all necessities.
