I’m looking for a room to rent in my area of Newburgh Indiana for a reasonable price. I need laundry and parking but flexable with everything else. No more than $800 a month. I am a very clean person and would like a roommate who is also clean. I will not get along well with a messy individual. I work a varying shift job as a professional in transportation.
