Room for Rent in Centerville GA

Hello! I own a 2300sqft home in Centerville GA and I'm looking for a roommate. I'd prefer someone who is relaxed, more of a homebody. Occasionally I might need help with the pool or the yard but I'm also thinking of hiring someone for that if necessary. If you ever wanna go kayaking or mountain biking, though, I love those activities and also have access to the base trails! The room is about 12*12, you'll have pretty much your own bathroom but it's in the hall just outside the room. Full access to the kitchen and pool of course. There's also a trampoline and a garage and carport, large driveway and beautiful yard.
