Moving to Charleston, roommates

Hey everyone! My names Peter, or PJ, and I am planning on moving to SC from Boston at the end of July. I am primarily looking for roommates around my age (22-28), in the James Island area as that is where my sister lives, and around $600-1000 per month. But I am open to potential roommates outside those criteria. I am 25, full-time gardener and I work with rescue animals in my afternoons. My current hobbies include weightlifting, home gardening, stand up comedy, and drumming (no I won’t be bringing my drum set with me, I will be driving my Civic down the end of July so not enough room to bring everything)
