Hello I’m Sean, a reliable working professional looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation somewhere between the Concord and NH Seacoast areas. Open to meeting and finding a long term place with someone.
I work a hybrid schedule, mostly working remotely from home with some days commuting into the office in Concord. My typical work routine is standard daytime hours (starting between 6:00–9:00 AM and wrapping up by 3:00–5:00 PM), so I keep a very predictable and steady schedule.
When I’m off the clock, my free-time vibe is pretty quiet and low-key. I’m a neat person who values keeping common spaces clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone in the house. I rarely host guests myself, but I am completely fine with a roommate who does!
I’m looking for a roommate situation built on respectful and friendly co-existence. I’m very easygoing and open to building a good friendship or sharing occasional common routines, but I’m equally respectful of personal space and downtime.
General preferences: Cleanliness: Casual but tidy. I like to keep common areas neat and appreciate a shared effort to keep things looking good. Guests: Open to you having visitors, though a quick heads-up or notification is always appreciated. House Rules:No smoking indoors, and standard quiet hours to ensure everyone gets a good night's rest.
Pets: Love animals and completely open to living with other people's pets! On my end, there is a potential that I may have two cats joining me, as well as occasional visits from a sweet, Black Lab (10+ years old) who is incredibly mellow, aside from the mailman.
Budget: $1,000 – $1,400/month (Preferably utilities included, but fully open to splitting internet, electricity, water, and heat).
Timeline: Looking to move in within the next 30 to 60 days.
