Hey everyone!! I am urgently looking for a female to take over my lease!! It is a 4x4 in the apartment complex called Aperture. You’ll have a private room and bathroom that is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. The living space also comes fully furnished with a full size couch and flat screen tv. Rent is orginally $1200 but I will lower it to $900. the complex is less than a year old, having a resort style pool, game room with PCs and movie areas, study lounges on each floor, coffee house, dog park, pool table, 2 story gym, and a shuttle to campus.
