Hi! My name is Morgan, and I’m relocating to the Brainerd/Baxter area after accepting a new position. I’m looking for a room to rent for approximately 3–6 months while I get settled and work toward finding my own place. It would just be me. I’m responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. I work in human services/leadership and am focused on creating a stable fresh start in the area. As a roommate, I’m pretty low-key at home. I value a peaceful, respectful living environment, clear expectations, and keeping shared spaces clean. I’m friendly and personable, but I also respect personal space and privacy. Ideally looking for something safe, stable, and temporary in or near Brainerd/Baxter.
