The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lighted parking located near Snell Ave/Calero Ave. It is within a 1 minute walk of the light rail with access to Kaiser, Oakridge Mall, Downtown/SJSU, etc. Also located within a ¼ mile of groceries, parks, Starbucks, etc. ½ mile from foothills. We are all here pursuing goals and Interests which makes for a great environment. Currently there are two mature, respectful, men. 1 is a out of state commuter as am I. We are looking for 1 gentlemen for the room.
The single room is one person per room occu[REDACTED]re is no pets, no illegal drugs, no over night guests, or excessive alcohol use, The place is well worth checking out for the right person. Flat 100.00 per room to cover utilites, PG&E/water/garbage/wifi/etc. Long term 6 month+ preferred. There is an application and credit/tenant check for each person that is subject to approval.
