Looking for someone to take over a room in a shared apartment! It's the first floor of a two floor house, walking distance from downtown Holland. The bathroom is shared, but there's a lot of space in the common areas!
I'm very clean, and like to keep my space cozy — lots of alternative lighting, and plants. - Pet friendly (I already have a little dog, who's very chill with other animals)
- Washer and Dryer in the Basement
- Lots of extra storage in the basement and garage
- Shared driveway, but street parking is available during summer.
- Rent is 1,620 split evenly, plus utilities.
