The room comes with access to your own private bathroom, plus shared access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor patio, and 1 dedicated parking space. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I enjoy cooking and spending time with friends and family, and I keep a relaxed but tidy home environment. Open to both long-term and short-term rentals for the right fit.
