Couple w/ dog&cat looking for room

My fiancé (34 F) and I (33 M) have a small service dog (mini-schnauzer) and 1 cat, both of whom are good around other pets and have lived with other cats/dogs and not caused issues. We are looking to rent a quiet space. Our pets are both quiet and non-destructive. I work full-time in Lake Forest/Irvine as a software engineer/manager, and my fiancé is currently seeking full-time work (her last job was a project manager at a tech company). We are quiet folks for the most part, and are big nerds (board games, PC games, and some crafts - big into Blood on the Clocktower if you know what that is). We don't drink and keep to ourselves for the most part. We have one car and don't mind street parking. If it doesn't sound like we're who you're looking for, best of luck with the search!
