Our names are John and Lola, we are artists, a photographer and a game designer. We are in our early twenties, and are looking for someone in that age range. We generally are up between 7-8 am and midnight, we like to have friends over and be social but are respectful of noise levels. We are also tidy, don't wear shoes in the house, and like to keep common areas clean and value clear communication.
We are non smokers, no drugs We have a friendly cat that doesn't get along with other animals, so we ask for no additional pets Rent is $4800 total split 4 ways
Utilities vary but are on average 160$ total split 4 ways
Internet is $66 total split 4 ways very close to G train and clean safe and cheap laundromat (no in-unit washer dryer) good credit required / guarantors if applicable
