We need one more tenant by June 1st. The bedroom is upstairs and is 12x11 sqft. The upstairs hallway bathroom would be yours, shared with 1 male. You will be expected to keep it tidy, and provide all of your own products. You will have half the bathroom cabinet storage space, and half of the hallway linen closet. Shared in house laundry room. Fully furnished loft upstairs designated for you and the 1 other tenant. There’s a 65 in fire TV with my Netflix, prime video, Hulu, and Disney+ accounts and a cozy small sectional. We have a nice backyard with trees, a shaded patio with chairs, and a fire pit you may use any time. There will be 1 parking space for you in the driveway. We all share the kitchen and keep it clean. We ask that you also keep the shared areas cleaned up after yourself, and to hand wash your dishes immediately. Guests are allowed but we are not a party house. Pest control prevention is done every other month. It’s very important and effective in preventing spiders and scorpions from stepping foot near this property. We have a brand new air conditioner and solar panels keeping the house very comfortable and cool. Please be flexible about parking arrangements sometimes. Asking for 740$ due every month on the 1st. 500$ security deposit is due up front. You will receive the security deposit back if the room and house are not damaged and left in good condition, but when the time comes you must give a 30 days notice of your move out date. This is a highly coveted place to live because we keep it peaceful, professional, and mature. We take care of the house's needs from deep cleaning, to making necessary repairs and upgrades. We want a roommate who is quiet, considerate, tolerant, clean, and loves dogs.
