Couple (23M & 22F) looking for roommates or another couple to rent a house together in Roseville or Rocklin. We’re both employed, clean, responsible, and easygoing. We don’t have pets, don’t smoke, and are looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation. Both of us are in school full time as well and are always busy. Our budget is around $1,600/month combined, and we’re targeting a July move-in. Ideally we’d like to find 1-2 roommates (or another couple) interested in renting a 3-4 bedroom house together rather than moving into an existing household.
