"Living Room" for Rent

Hi, renting the "Living Room" of my 2b2b apartment at Park La Brea. There will be 4 people in total, 2 in the master room, 1 in the small room and now looking for someone in the living room. There is a room divider which gives you privacy to an extend and the bathroom is shared with one person. The price is $750 per month plus $750 for deposit. There is a designated parking spot, the parking and all utilities are included in the price. This is for men only and the place will be available from April 19th.
