We’re done with cold and gloomy Vermont winters and are looking to work directly with owner to rent furnished home annually. Minimum 2BR/2BA. Prefer 3BR/2.5-3BA. Ideal place is in peaceful setting with trees and screened porch, covered parking, gas stove, washer&dryer, level setting for easy walking, and pool access.
