This will be a fresh start for us (the house will not be furnished) and we’re looking for someone who is in a similar stage of life, fairly easy going, responsible, and friendly 🙂. The house includes: - hardwood floors - attic and basement - dishwasher - laundry/dryer (or hookups) - quiet street, beautiful historical area - 2 minute walk from green line bus stop! - easy access to Washington street and bike trails - private local landlord About Alyssa: I am a middle school ELA teacher moving to Indy for the first time.
