Renting my master bedroom!

I'm renting my master bedroom out. It has a private bathroom and walk in closet. The complex has a pool if you want to chill or have anyone over. There's also a small backyard and a back porch!
The beach is also about 15 minutes away, and there are multiple grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as a Thrifty that's literally right next to the complex. I am a full time musician. I work from home and I do work late, so just beware of that. There is sound proofing in my studio, so it really shouldn't be that noticeable
