I am looking for a roommate to move in around the middle of July. Fully furnished apartment in the middle of downtown GR. Private bedroom and bathroom. In unit washer/dryer (and community washer & dryer on the same floor), amazing view of the river and downtown. Apartment comes with many amenities including: gym, pool, hot tub, free coffee bar, movie theater room, dry cleaning service, basketball court, tennis court and more. Although it’s a little expensive it’s well worth the money to live here. I’ve been here for the last year and it’s been an exceptional experience.
