We are easy going and looking for the same, low drama. We are active and into our chickens, our hobbies and politics. One artist working from home and one of us retired. We are hoping to find someone who is active and busy doing their thing!
Room Available May/June, Furnished, very large room 240sqft (12x22). Located in a single family home, split level. The room has 4 windows, lots of light. 900.00 first, last and security. All other utilities are included. Internet is additional. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac within 1-2 min to shops/ grocery and 5 min to rt 3, and the train to Boston.
Furnished with a bed, bureau, small couch, table, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, private half bath and a small closet, no additional storage area is available.
There is a private entrance but we regard this as more of an emergency exit. Shared shower along with shared washer and dryer units. Will also consider short-term 6 months min/ Please understand this is a room rental and not a roommate share situation. We are looking for someone who is a Working professional or student who does not work from home or is on third shift. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, non smoking, alcohol, and drug-free environment, this might be a good fit for you. The room is for a single occupant only, Rare overnight guests stays only allowed. There are chickens on the property, generally no other pets are allowed. Might consider one indoor cat or small caged animal. Sorry we are not 420 friendly *No smoking/cannabis on the premises, inside or out. References, background check and proof of employment will be required. Small ceramic art space here, artist who are interested will be given preference.
