Looking for a girly pop roomie

Hey there! I’m Brooklyn 👋 I’m looking to rent out one or two unfurnished rooms starting in July. My new construction home is on the boarder of East Gilbert/Mesa, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, the common areas, including the backyard patio, are fully furnished. The neighborhood has some amazing amenities: a luxurious community pool, greenbelt walking paths, multiple picnic areas, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and high-speed internet (included!). I’m hoping to find a roommate who shares similar energy; ideally a woman around my age who appreciates the commitment of a well kept, peaceful space. I have a small 13 year old Chiweenie, named Bentley, who is very sweet and loves cuddles, but is slightly sassy, so I’d prefer no other pets.
