My name is Jules Winandy and together with my friend Mathieu Reiff, we are future students from Luxembourg. We are planning to study at Erasmus University Rotterdam starting this year and are very interested in your apartment.
We are calm, responsible and serious tenants, non-smokers, and we are looking for a modern, well-located apartment for a long-term stay. We particularly appreciate the quality of the property and its proximity to the university.
Our parents can act as guarantors if required, and we would be happy to provide any additional documents or information upon request.
