I’m looking for someone to take over my studio apartment at the David Stott Building (Griswold & State, downtown Detroit).
The building is incredible — it features a beautiful sky lounge on the 34th floor that’s perfect for working, plus a gym on the 35th floor. The apartment itself is on the 11th floor. The space and building have a high-end, Ritz-Carlton-style feel, and management hosts monthly events for residents, which is a great way to meet people.
Rent is $1,435/month (all utilities included), and the lease runs through the end of November.
I genuinely love living here, but I need to move out due to family responsibilities. I’m flexible and can move out quickly, so the unit can be available soon.
