There is a full, private bathroom adjacent to the room. I'm Parking: I have an open garage spot for a renter. For guests, there is safe street parking available directly in front of the house. Located in the Cooley Station Neighborhood on Recker and Williamsfield in Gilbert. Walking distance to a large Fry’s and the Verde restaurants and shops across the street. I have absolutely loved the location! About Me:
I am 32, single, with two cats. I work in Scottsdale and am gone for most of the day M-F.
