Looking for a Roommate at The Farmm

Hi everyone, I am a female undergraduate engineering student, and looking for one female roommate for the 2026-2027 school year, lease starting in July. It's on the third floor with all amenities:
- Dishwasher
- In-Unit Laundry
- Oven, Microwave, and Stove Top
- Balcony
- Central heat/AC
- Trash/sewage/water included in the rent
- There is a bus stop and grocery store both very close by, each less than a quarter-mile away. I am looking for someone friendly, and very clean. Rent for the 2026-2027 year will be around $1,100/month, you would get your own room and bathroom attached, as well as a walk-in closet and parking space. Electricity is the only utility not included in rent. Apartment if fully furnished except for the bedroom you would take. If you want to come visit the apartment then I can definitely arrange that.
