My name is Jennifer, and I am the landlord. I have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment that is occupied by my aunt and uncle. The room has a large closet, windows, and its own fridge. It can be rented as furnished or unfinished depending on how long you will be staying. The apartment has central heat and AC. It is super clean and quiet. We would prefer a roommate who is quiet, respectful, and clean. Serious college students are also welcome. Simple rules: There is no smoking, vaping, unprescribed drugs, weapons, and loud noise past reasonable time ( 10 pm to 9Am) allowed inside or anywhere on property grounds. No overnight guest without written approval from me. The apartment is located 2 mns walks from the train station, 1 mn to the bus, and a laudromat is just a few steps away.
