I’m subleasing my room at The Rive Apartments in Champaign-Urbana for Summer 2026 around May 14th – July 31st, 2026, but the dates are flexible! It’s a 4x2 Standard Private unit. I’m subleasing my private bedroom, but all other rooms in the apartment are also available for the summer, so if you and your friends are looking for a place together, this would be perfect! - Rent: $700/month instead of $1055
- Utilities: $150 one-time payment for the summer
- Parking: Available if you have a car The apartment comes fully furnished and includes in-unit laundry, which is super convenient. The building also has a gym and study rooms. It’s located right on Green Street, about a 10 minute walk to campus, so everything you need is close by.
